"CT scan"

About: Queen's Hospital (Romford)

If you have more than one scan you do not need to fill in the assessment form, the staff keep the first one's details on computer and don't bother asking for a new one, even if your condition might have changed and a further diagnosis has shown you have further physical problems.

The staff just blindly refer to your first patient assessment, because you really want to keep going back for more scans, as you have nothing better to do with your life.

This is a potentially dangerous situation if staff do not bother to update your records and can cause further problems.

This was our experience at Queens Radiology in September and this is the excuse we were given as to why they failed to collect the updated paperwork.
