"My sons visit to dermatology OP"

About: Lincoln County Hospital

My 14 year old son attended a dermatology out patients appointment today and I have to say we were both extremely impressed with the care he received.

All the staff we met were lovely. Max needed to have a procedure during the appointment which was unexpected. The staff were very kind, reassuring and max felt completely looked after. I would like to send a particular thanks to one of the male nurses, James (hope that's correct) who stayed with max for the procedure and made him feel very relaxed and cared for. Max was very impressed with the department as was I.

Thank you , please pass on our comments to the staff who work so hard with so little thanks or recognition .

Thank you so much for taking the time to post these lovely comments.

We try very hard to ensure all our patients are reassured at what can be, for most people and especially our younger patients, a very traumatic time. It is so pleasing when the hard work our teams put in is recognised and acknowledged in this way.
