About: Nottingham University Hospitals NHS Trust - Queen's Medical Centre Campus

Absolutely fantastic service, referred from gp at 6pm on 30-9-15 arrived at QMC at 7pm and was seen by the ONCALL ENT SHO by 7:30. Fully assessed, amazing treatment and care given. Procedures explained throughout and time to break in-between was offered. I think her name was Rachel, she was absolutely lovely and completed the procedure herself. Massive thank you for your care and reassurance.
