"Endoscopy Unit"

Having attended the Endoscopy Unit today for a colonoscopy I wanted to comment on the excellence of the team who conducted it.

The build up was complicated by another medical problem I had however all the conversations and correspondence we entered in to prior to the procedure have been friendly and helpful and moreover when something was promised to be delivered, it was, and in a very timely fashion. I was deeply impressed by the thoughtfulness and care of the team and very much appreciated the relaxed and friendly approach of everyone. I cannot imagine that Private care would have surpassed this level of excellence! Well done to all and thank you.
