"Dirty stair way"

My sister has been in hear since Saturday I was happy with the service she has received but I used the stairs today normally I use the lift I was totally disgusted by the mess on the stairs there was dust which had been there more than a week there was dirt and hair on every stair not excitable at all I then used the lift to which there was a cleaner useing the buffing machine with no signs and a trolley that as I came out of the lift I walked straight into the cleaning trolley as it was in front of the door the wards are dirty to dusty underneath the beds is it any wounded that there is infection in this hospital I can't wait until they move my sister to another hospital I am disgusted in what I have witnessed shame they don't use the cleaning signs they are supplied with and are trained to use
