I have had to go to the Royal Free for a couple of different reasons, some involving blood tests, A & E and their clinics.
Every time I go I am impressed by the quality of service, the swiftness with which I am seen, and the professionalism of all the staff.
This hospital is an absolute credit to the NHS.
I feel grateful that this is my local hospital.
