"Everyone was very patient"

A recent admission to Elmstead a Day unit for surgery:

I want to thank in particular Sister Sanderson, Mr Alfhaily and Dr Rovi. I was extremely anxious about the procedure, but everyone was very patient, and in the end my fears were groundless. Dr Rovi ensured I was completely unaware during the surgery even though I was not "under" general anaesthetic.

The day Unit deserve thanks too, for their care and attention.

I suppose I should say at this point that there was a long delay leafing up to surgery and before the outpatients appointment. Personally, I feel the treatment, care and attention and the most important things.
