I attended A&E on a Friday evening, expecting a long wait, but the triage nurse soon sent me to digestive diseases surgery waiting room, after bloods had been taken and processed immediately.
I was seen by just about the most supportive doctor I have met.
They gave me plenty of time to tell them my problem and gave no indication that they were due to see another patient, until they were certain I was OK.
By chance, a relative had an operation performed at the Nuffield a few weeks ago, and we feel that the Royal Sussex departments we came into contact with were far cleaner.
Well done.
Excellent care from nurses and doctor.
Three hours from start to finish, including the bloodwork.
Couldn't be better.
"Clean and supportive"
