My elderly relative fell and broke her hip while staying with other relatives in St Albans, and ended up in the Lister. No complaints about her care, but whoever designed the signage in this place?
A small example: as you walk in you can see a big sign announcing "Toilets" including disabled facilities. As you walk in the signs disappear. Although not disabled I've used that toilet as I have no idea where the public toilet is. No signs.
The "green, blue, sky-blue pink, orange" "areas" on the map are meaningless to visitors; nothing says what belongs in, say, the orange region. Pink may be the hospital hairdresser, manicurist and beautician, possibly - there is no logic on your map to find my relative in Ward 5B (which isn't on the map at all).
Sort out your signage, Lister. It's rubbish.
