"Excellent treatment today from Radiography Dept"

After a scan a few weeks ago, today had a CAT scan. The waiting area is clean and comfortable, with excellent cloakrooms. The receptionists are very welcoming and efficient. The radiography staff are welcoming, efficient and thoroughly professional. They work as a team and are so reassuring to the patient. The procedure was explained, they answered questions. I was very impressed that we have such a wonderful team serving our community. We all know that times are hard for the NHS, but as a patient today I would not have known that. The care I received today is as good or better than the care I had in a BUPA hospital, some years ago, and that cost me a fortune. I feel very lucky to have such an excellent hospital in my community. With thanks.
