After spending several hours in A@E this evening. I wanted to comment on a member of staff in reception. Through out the whole evening, I thought the way they dealt with every patient was exceptional and went above what I was expecting. Their efficiency ensured the whole waiting area ran smoothly and remained calm through out. A throughly lovely member of staff
