I'd like to take the opportunity to thank all the staff in Wards 24/24a for their professional expertise and kindness during my stay in hospital. I had to have a pacemaker fitted but I had the utmost confidence in the extraordinary surgical skills of the consultants who both made the ordeal as pleasant as possible. Those of us who live in this area are so very fortunate to have an internationally renowned team of surgeons on our doorstep should we develop heart problems. Thank you all very much!
