"We cannot thank the staff enough"

My Husband attended Urology Clinic recently and had excellent treatment. The department was short staffed no one on reception but the were caring and considerate. It was wonderful to get all the investigations done at the one clinic and to be finished within the four hours was truly amazing, we can not thank the staff enough for the level of care.

It's a pity that the time it takes to get an appointment is so long he was waiting for several weeks when the Consultant had stated that if there was a problem he would be referred back to the clinic which clearly did not happen.
