"Fantastic service in urology"

My mother in law was referred by our GP practice for recurrent bladder infections.

She was given an appointment within a few weeks.

The appointment was at 1.45.

We arrived early at around 1.20, checked in and were called through within 5 minutes.

We had expected to see nurses etc for routine tests before seeing a doctor, but were shown in to the office of the consultant immediately.

The consultant questioned mother in law, and offered her investigative tests.

When she said she did not want to go through with the invasive tests they agreed, and proposed a new management routine of antibiotics giving ownership to her.

They explained everything and we were on our way home at 1.45.

Thank you for such tremendous and empathetic service.

This is our second experience of Bassetlaw, the first being for a cataract procedure.

Based on the great service in both departments I would highly recommend this establishment.
