What I liked
The staff were friendly, the hospital was clean.
What could be improved
The staff communication regarding patients medical problems MUST be improved and care assistants better trained to deal correctly with individual patients requirements thereby reducing mistakes and patients distress.!
Anything else?
Better communication with relatives, preferably in a private room or area.
