About: George Eliot Hospital - Acute Services / Trauma and orthopaedics

(as the patient),

Since hearing from the physiotherapy dept. around 24 hours ago to make another appointment for treatment following my usual physio falling ill. It defies any logic to make untold effort in contacting patients to make them aware of cancelled appointments to then over a given number of hours make it nigh on impossible to contact the dept because of busy phone lines or them themselves cannot answer my request for another appointment. )

I am sorry that you have experienced difficulty in rebooking your appointment.

The department can be conatcted in a variety of ways including text and email.

The telephone line is unfortunately often very busy. If you have still not been able to make an appointment please contact PALS on (024) 7686 5550 .
