My 97 year old father had fall recently fracturing his femur. My mother had a fall too in the same incident lacerating her arm.
An ambulance was called and three paramedics attended the incident: Wayne, Joe and Lewis. I think their reference was CAB 755.
All three administered their skills perfectly. Both my parents felt secure and relaxed in the knowledge that they were in safe expert hands.
My father is sill in hospital, and my mother is recovering.
Both have asked that I express on their behalf, grateful thanks for the highly proficient and considerate manner in which their problems were handled.
My family have had a number of visits recently to Southmead A&E and on each occasion we have found all NHS staff helpful, and welcoming.
Many thanks.
"Thanks to the Paramedics"
