What I liked

From my very first appointment for pre-operation discussions, I noticed how well everyone worked as a team. The reception staff were hard-working and courteous, the medical staff were amazing and the cleanliness was apparent from the very first visit.

What could be improved

Absolutely nothing. All areas were spotlessly clean from Reception, Admission, Recovery and Ward 5.

Anything else?

I would like to thank all the staff for the success of my bi-lateral hip re-surfacing surgery, from admission, the Dr and team in anaesthesia, the surgeons who did the surgery and the Dr also who cared for me. The staff on ward 5, both day and night staff, were particularly caring and dedicated - and you always had a laugh with the night staff !! The cleaning staff were there every single day, and everyone worked so hard to keep up the standards. One could not fail to be impressed. Thank you to eeveryone involved in my surgery and after-care.
