What I liked

I was a patient at Wrightington in June 2009 for a Replacement Knee Joint. So far everything appears to be going to plan and I go back for my first check-up later this week.

I must say that everything about Wrightington was very professional and the care given was excellent. All the staff, especially the nursing staff, were highly knowledgeable in care for patients who have had replacement joint surgery and worked with a high degree of empathy towards the patients. I would highly recommend this hospital to anyone who has to have similar surgery.

What could be improved

Possibly smaller ward sizes.
