"went with grandma after she fell and hit head"

About: Addenbrooke's Hospital

Went in Friday morning, the staff were helpful and friendly, starting with the receptionist. They were very good at keeping me informed what was happening and why, the tests they ordered were carried out quickly and without fuss. My thanks go to all the staff the porters, the assistant who took blood, the member of staff from the chaplains office...all were positive and helped make a difficult situation as easy as possible. Special thanks to the nurse, who was very helpful even little things like making sure she had a refreshment tray so she could manage to feed herself, things like that made a huge difference.

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your experience at the Emergency Department recently.

I am sorry to hear that your grandma had an accident, and I hope that she is now on the road to recovery.

Your kind words about a range of staff are very good to hear, and I will make sure that the staff receive your comments as they will be much appreciated.
