"Poor Adminstration and Impatient Staff - Part 2"

As a follow up to my last review...

Having reviewed the Consultant's endoscopy report and looked up the terms 'indication of pH' and 'Manometry studies' online, it appears that they have suggested I have further tests. The Consultant did not explain this to me on Friday following my endoscopy. You really are just treated like a piece of meat on a conveyor belt at this place - no explanations, no opportunity to ask questions, no compassion.
