"A & E experience"

I was so impressed by the treatment I received in A & E yesterday.

Amazing staff who were both courteous and friendly. It was a very busy department but they made time to listen to my concerns. They dealt with my health issue very efficiently, with the doctor able to make a quick diagnosis, which was very reassuring. My partner and I heard the conversation between an elderly and confused patient and the doctor attending her. Yet again, you couldn't fault the empathetic and kindly way she was treated as a patient. Thank you to all the A&E staff, you are fantastic!
