What I liked
All the staff were proffessional and friendly.Any concerns or fears I had concerning the operation were dealt with and I was put at ease. Even though it was obvious the staff were very busy they always made time to fully explain things. I was on Aspull ward and the ward was kept spotless. I having nothing but praise for the staff and for the treatment I received.
