"Amazing care from 111"

About: East Of England Ambulance Service NHS Trust / NHS 111

(as the patient),

Everything that the service should be. I had been struggling to breath for about 24 hours. I eventually told my husband he could phone 111. 30 mins later Claire arrived and from the moment she walk in the room I felt better as she was reassuring and compassionate. She did my observations and gave me a nebuliser. She recontacted 111 so I could go to see a Doctor. My husband took me to the out of hours Doctor at the Lister where my excellent care continued.

The only thing that could be improved were the signs at the Lister.
