I needed my 8 month old baby seen to and would of had to wait one hour/an hour and a half. The receptionists are rude and unprofessional.

I am really sorry to read that you have not found the MIU department and reception staff to be less than helpful during a recent visit to the hospital.

Without more information I am unable to look into your particular case, but I will still share your comments with the managers of the department.
