"ENT Ocean 2 department were marvellous"

I've gone down with otitis externa with abscess around my ear. My GP practice could only offer me an appointment a week away, so in great deal of pain I went to Queen's A&E, was assessed within 5min, and seen A&E urgent care friendly and helpful GP within half of an hour, who forwarded me to Ocean 2 ENT hospital ward for further assessment. All nurses and a very helpful consultant did their best to help me with my condition, kept me informed and comfortable and provided me with much needed medication for treatment. Urgent care and Ocean 2 staff - you are all absolute stars!!!
