"Thank you :)"

About: Trafford General Hospital

Although I had to wait for 3 hours to be seen by a doctor, the care I received was excellent; I was x rayed within 20 minutes and then discharged within the hour as the centre closed at midnight with meds and advice. I was surprised to see just the one doctor there, who was run off their feet but still took their time with me and other patients.

Thank you for your comments posted on the NHS Choices and Patient Opinion websites regarding your care in the Orthopaedics department at Trafford General Hospital, and apologies for the length of wait to be seen. It was very kind of you to write and compliment the service, as it is good to receive positive feedback that reflects the hard work and dedication of our staff. It was reassuring to hear that you found the care you received to be excellent, and that you felt your consultant took their time with you to discuss your treatment and give you information and advice. This is the standard we would always expect for all our patients. I can assure you that we have passed on your positive comments to all the staff involved.
