Ward cleaners were regular.

What could be improved

Basic Patient care:-

Accesss to pillows,blankets,tissues,water.

Patient/Staff information.

Staff to be more responsive instead of congregating together at desks for chats, blatently ignoring waiting patients.

Anything else?

Will be going elsewhere in future, i wouldnt treat an animal like they did me, if you go, make sure you take ur own pillow and blanket, and set your timer for 4 hours because you will only get your treatment just before the guidelines, as their too busy chatting whilst patients suffer,.
