"A&E and Fracture Clinic Procedures"

I have been most impressed with the level of care and professional expertise demonstrated by staff members, when I was admitted to the A&E a couple of weeks ago, and then more recently during my follow up appointment at the Fracture Clinic.

It wasn't just the high level of skill and the so clearly apparent dedication and respect I was treated with, but also the rare combination of speed and accuracy with which my case was assessed and my treatment was carried out.
