As a rule you would expect nursing and clinical staff at a hospital to treat patients with care and courtesy (which in my experience at this hospital they do). However, the actions of one of the porters stood out to me as they went above and beyond to help and be friendly. The porter was very helpful and did not make me feel like an inconvenience when I needed help finding my way to a department. They were very friendly, courteous and polite and helped me out when they could have just carried on walking by. The hospital should be proud to have a staff member like him on board.
