"maternity ward toilet not clean enough"

About: Milton Keynes Hospital

There are only 2 toilets for about 15+ mums in maternity ward. Whenever I visited the toilet it was dirty and used pads were overflowing in the bin. The toilets are not cleaned frequently which I believe can give women a lot of infection. Labour / maternity ward staff were brilliant and gave me all the attention I needed. Hospital need to invest in additional toilet and cleaning staff
