"Endoscopy unit"

I had to attend this unit for a double procedure. I was very nervous about the whole thing.

However, I found that all the staff that dealt with me were very kind and reassuring. I felt that they asked relevant questions, explained the process clearly and that I was in safe hands. As I began to come round from the sedation, someone held my hand, which was very comforting. I was very impressed with the compassion and professionalism of all the staff who dealt with me. I thank them for making a difficult day manageable.
