Over the last nine months, I have had two orthopaedic surgical procedures with follow up outpatient appointments. I can only praise the surgeon and their team for the treatment I received throughout. I expected professionalism and a good outcome and wasn't disappointed, but I also felt informed and involved in decisions about my treatment and respected throughout.
I would also like to single out the surgeon's Specialist Nurse for a special mention. They are extremely professional, but more than that they are so friendly and caring that even less pleasant aspects of the process felt like positive experiences.
A massive thank you to the surgeon and the team.
