My mother was admitted with extreme pain following a fracture and a very negative outlook through a terminal cancer diagnosis.
Ward 34 staff managed her pain extremely well and enabled her to regain her positivity.
Staff were thoughtful, compassionate and gave her back some confidence.
They treated an elderly woman with real dignity.
