"Breast Unit"

Having visited the Breast Unit three times in the last three weeks, which for me is very traumatic, I have found the breast care and radiology nurses to be among the most caring and reassuring people I have ever met. Two particular nurses have gone out of their way to give me the very best of support and care. Both the Consultant and the surgeon have taken time to explain things to me and both have put me at ease and engaged in a friendly and positive manner despite being such busy people with enormous responsibility and schedules. I feel privileged to have moved into the catchment area for this Breast Unit.
