"Rheumatology outpatients clinic"

My first visit to his clinic. I saw the Consultant and once again I was impressed. All staff involved were polite and helpful. I was asked if a chaperone was needed.i saw the consultant on time. Dignity maintained. I received a full explanation especially as new treatment may impact on already unstable long term conditions that I have. Reactions and what I should do was fully explained. Physical examination was both appropriate and necessary. I felt fully supported. New prescribed mediation was stared immediately and obtained from hospital pharmacy and other medication was increased but not for 2 weeks therfore letter to GP provided. A very professional Service from this consultant and team. I will be happy to see them again. Thank You.
