"I was treated by cheerful, considerate ..."

About: Furness General Hospital

(as the patient),

What I liked

I was treated by cheerful, considerate staff, from the receptionist through the nurses to the doctor. They were clearly very busy but were patient with my nervousness.

I was having an endoscopy and was terrified but found the experience to be completely easy and far preferable to a visit to the dentist.

A lovely cup of coffee and hot buttered toast completed the visit.

Thanks, this was a stage in oncoming surgery, I feel far more confident about coming in for that now.

What could be improved

The information and pictures of the results shown to me was a little hurried, I cannot really remember much of it. However, this is still a plus point as such information would at one time not have been given to me.
