I have made a complaint and have chased them several times. I am being ignored. Let's see if you ignore this as well. I lookforward to your phone call before. I seek further publicity. It's a shame a small minority can affect the care received at your hospitality and do not learn from this. Please feel freeto call me mell pickup.
