I cannot praise the stroke team (Teign ward) highly enough, I was admitted on 11/9/15 and discharged home 17/9/15, they all helped get my mobility back and put up with my depressed moods, the stroke team are still helping me at home with physiotherapy etc.

many many thanks from both my wife and I.

Thank you for your feedback regarding the care you received from Teign Ward at Newton Abbot Community Hospital, I am pleased to hear your experience of the service was such a positive one.

I will ensure your feedback is shared with the Matron of Newton Abbot Community Hospital and the Consultant Therapist for stroke. I will also ensure your feedback is shared Trust wide via the all staff bulletin.
