What I liked

I want to sing the praises for al the staff on ward 5 My husband recently spent 5 weeks there and we could not have asked for better care. The ward team are lead by a brilliant Charge Nurse. They are all professional and caring and deserve praise. Thanks x

What could be improved

The consultants attitude towards the ward staff was often derogatory and unecessary. They did not merit such treatment and embarrassment

Anything else?

Ward 5 staff should all be given a gold star for the super work that they do. Thanks again for making a difficult time as easy as possible for both myself and my husband.
