"M2 care"

After a horrible experience within a&e in the same hospital I recieved my after care in M2 after suffering a miscarriage. The care I recieved was perfect. The two staff I experienced were caring, sympathetic, proffesional and understanding.

Both the staff talked me through the procedure and ensured I fully understood before carrying on. I am really grateful for the care we recieved and their care has helped to make this traumatic experience alot better. I recieved support and advice which I found really helpful and has helped me to understand more about what I will experience and feel. Not only did these two members off staff help me physically they have also helped me emotionally to deal with the situation I was experiencing.
