Yesterday I had to visit Grantham & District Hospital A&E dept - expecting a long wait, I took a packed lunch! Was seen within 20 mins of arrival. Staff were lovely and seemed genuinely happy both in terms of wanting to help and treat me and in their general demeanour. Even though the building is dated, everywhere appeared to be very clean. Never did get to eat my packed lunch! !
