I took my son for a check-up this morning, after a referral from our GP.
The appointment was for a dermatologist in the outpatients unit.
We were seen promptly and the doctor who saw us was absolutely fantastic.
Their professionalism and manner were exemplary.
There was not a shred of arrogance or patronisation that I have encountered before.
We had actually been referred to this dermatologist by accident but they arranged for the tests to be done anyway, and talked us through the results and next steps along with a consultant. The nurses and other staff were great and i felt everything was clean, and we didn't have to wait too long, but I really feel the doctor was fantastic.
