"Poor receptionist communication"

During a telephone conversation on the 23/09/2015 at 2:20pm I phoned Malvern Hospital on behalf of the Care Company which I work for to enquire about my service user's appointment. I spoke to a receptionist on the Outpatients phone line whose demeanour and attitude was rude and condescending which I did not appreciate. I hope this staff member under goes further communications training as to prevent further upset.
I highly recommend the hospital, however the telephone operators need to uphold a professional standard.
