"Ultrasound Treatment"

Yesterday I received four ultrasound injections in my arthritic shoulders. I was very impressed with the whole process - a short waiting time, a polite and friendly welcome; the doctor explained my treatment in understandable terms at each stage and was explicitly gentle and professional.

My privacy was respected and the nurse who assisted was cheerful and kind. I used the toilet afterwards which was spotless.

I don't know the doctor's name but my appointment was at 2.45pm Tuesday 22nd September and I should like them to know my appreciation.
