SUNDAY ..Over Two Hour Casualty wait for an ORMSKIRK NHS born One year old with pain/earache. Still not seen after 2hrs 10 mins by a Doctor only initial triage nurse. I left with my son as Casualty seemed understaffed and SIMPLY no communication. Very disappointed at this as baby obviously not comfortable. Receptionist had no comment to make at all. Not a SINGLE word. She looked at me as if I did not understand that everyone need to assume 2 hour wait minimum? No treatment received. Seeking alternative NHS in future.. so so disappointing...
