I had a TKR in August and wish to express my thanks to all medical staff and gratitude for the care and support I was given.
It is now 6 weeks since the operation and I am recovering well at home. I still receive support in the form of phone calls from the hospital and have physio therapy at a local centre.
During the pre op visits to the hospital I did find some of the non medical staff unhelpful, rude at times.
To the Phillip Yeoman ward and the RUH in general, I felt you were 100% perfect, a 5* service, thank you.
