After spending a good 7 hours waiting in the emergency room with my dad who had broke his arm in two places, the nurses decided to inform us we had been forgotten about and was not even on the system. I understand that the staff were very busy, but legally a person is only allowed to be waiting for 4 hours. It's an absolute disgrace and this hospital need to pull there finger out.
