Very disappointing!

After waiting 12 days for this appoint. turns up to be a huge disappointing .... The Dr I've seen couldn't explain what kind of injury I have and what will be my options , all they told me was :" that's way you came to see me" very sharp - all I could feel was " careless, indifference" - sad , very sad....

I transferred my care to a different hospital , it's nothing wrong with the hospital - it's the staff that makes the difference...
