Referred by GP for suspected DVT at 12.00 noon seen in hospital (1st) at 3.00pm
What could be improved
Bloods taken at 3.30. Finally seen by doctor at 11.30. Could have been asked to come back later rather than wait 8 hours
No refreshment offered apart from cup of tea at 4.00
